App & CRM terms of use
Rules for authorised users of the GDP staff mobile app and the CRM.
These terms apply to the GDP staff mobile app and the staff CRM at app.gdpelectrical.uk, operated by GDP Electrical Services LTD (“GDP”, “we”, “us”). Use of the public website is covered by the separate website terms of use.
1. Who may use the app and CRM
The CRM and mobile app are restricted to authorised employees and subcontractors of GDP Electrical Services LTD. They are internal tools, not consumer products. Unauthorised access is prohibited.
2. Accounts
Staff accounts are issued by GDP — there is no self-registration. You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when your engagement with GDP ends.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the CRM or app for any purpose other than authorised GDP work
- Share access with others or scrape, probe or disrupt our systems
- Upload unlawful, harmful or confidential data without authority
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
4. Intellectual property
The app, CRM, logos and software are owned by GDP or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal use or as allowed by law.
5. Privacy
How we process personal data in the app and CRM is described in the app & CRM privacy policy. Account deletion is described on the delete account page.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the CRM and app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the app or CRM. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Your rights and obligations as an employee or subcontractor are governed by your engagement contract with GDP.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
